We Have More Control Than We Think:

Dr. David Posen addresses 9th Annual PRISM Awards

 

We have more control than we think.  Even when the world is changing around us, we have the power to take control of our lives.

 

This is one of the messages Dr. David Posen will be sharing with professional coaches and business leaders at the 9th Annual PRISM Awards, held June 9, 2009 from 5 to 9:30 p.m. at the Glenn Gould Studio (National Broadcast Centre / CBC) in Toronto.

 

The PRISMS are awarded by the GTA chapter of the International Coach Federation, to celebrate excellence and innovation in coaching in the corporate, small business, public and not-for-profit sectors.  The award winners will share their successes and best practices with the audience.

Past PRISM winners have included Goldcorp Inc., The Christian Children’s Fund of Canada, The Brick, Sysco Canada Inc., Tribute Communities, Impact Communications, and Ovarian Cancer of Canada.  

Dr. Posen balances humour with powerful strategies that have helped countless North American audiences deal with personal and external change.  He has written three best selling books, Always Change a Losing Game, Staying Afloat When the Water Gets Rough and The Little Book of Stress Relief, which is now in its tenth printing has been translated into five languages.
